I've been riding it for a year in a club. It's an excellent, responsive, comfortable mountain bike. I added a telescopic saddle for more ease on descents. This mountain bike still took me on the 1 km of the Mont d'Arrée. A big black point was the Manitou front fork which no longer responded to the combo block. It took a long time to sort out, almost 120 months. But I thank Valentin for his professionalism and the technical team at d2 in Tourville la Rivière. He followed the file from A to Z and for the customer that I am, it's pleasant even if it was long.
After 2 years of use: +: + light + easy to handle + good feel -: - some issues with the transmission, (I used my first free service for a chain that jumps and an adjustment of the rear derailleur) nothing has been done... - combolock wrist not super optimized although very practical! overall: great bike, pay attention to the transmission settings and combolock useful but not very ergonomic. nothing to add ;)
Hello, this is a bike that I use every day for work, plus big rides on the weekend. Following one of my last rides, I wanted to take a look at the bottom bracket, the bearings, and I noticed that it was impossible for me to remove the cranks, because there was no crank extractor screw. including the screw that serves as a stop and is normally tightened to a torque of 48 to 54 Nm. Could I have lost it? In addition, you need a special socket for tightening, a socket made up of 4 lugs. Concerning the screw on the bottom, which has a flat head, whereas the original, according to several sites, does not. It is certain that on this detail, I did not pay attention to this screw when receiving the bike. Something also that was not pointed out to me when I went to Btwin village for HS bearings on the rear wheel a little over a month ago now. What can I expect from you? It doesn't stop me from riding, but I like to have a spotless machine, the bike is serviced every week and in terms of maintenance, I'm a bit stuck at the bottom bracket level at the moment. Looking forward to hearing from you again. Kind regards.
