Why choose recycled polyester?
By recycling plastic bottles or used textiles to produce our polyester, we reduce the use of petroleum resources while preserving the qualities and performance of the material for your mountain hikes.
Resistance of components
We carry out numerous laboratory tests to guarantee optimal resistance: an abrasion and friction resistance test to ensure that the fleeces do not pill, a color fastness test to check the color fastness and resistance and an aging test to certify that repeated washing does not alter the properties of the fabric, its behavior, its thickness or its appearance.
Where do our fleeces come from?
Created in our international design center at the foot of Mont Blanc, France, this fleece is then manufactured by our suppliers in Vietnam and Bangladesh. These partners possess real expertise in the manufacture of our fleeces and with whom we work closely. This relationship of trust with our industrial partners allows us to create high-quality technical products.

Polar component: insulate with air
The fleece component's mission is to trap air thanks to the volume created by its texture (and the brushing of the mesh). This air keeps the body warm thanks to its insulating power.
