Why breathable fleece?
When hiking, sweating is inevitable, even in cold weather. To avoid the sauna effect, we opted for a breathable fabric that wicks away body moisture. Its full-length zip allows you to open the jacket for additional ventilation.
How to wash this fleece jacket?
This fleece jacket is machine washable, inside out, at 40°C. Remember to close the zippers. It's best to use a synthetic wash cycle and not exceed 1000 rpm for the spin cycle. We do not recommend tumble drying.
What is the cut of this fleece?
Fitted, but not too tight, we recommend wearing a technical base layer under this fleece jacket. This will give you better protection from the cold. It's also designed to be worn just under our windproof/waterproof jackets. Choose your usual size.
A practical and lightweight jacket
Weighing in at just 270g in size M, this jacket won't weigh much in your bag! Made from fine microfleece, it won't take up much space either. You'll also appreciate its two zippered pockets for keeping your belongings safe.
How is heat measured?
We conduct two types of thermal tests: fleece fabric and thermal dummy testing in a thermal chamber. These tests replicate the mountain conditions (wind, humidity, temperature) you might encounter. They allow us to validate our designs and adjust the thermal insulation.
How does matter insulate against the cold?
The fleece component's mission is to trap air thanks to the volume created by its texture (called "brushed fleece" when it is made of loops). This air keeps the body warm thanks to its natural insulating power.

This fleece jacket is available from XS to 2 XL.
A durable fleece jacket?
We ensure the durability of our products through rigorous testing. We check the resistance: - of the fabric to pilling; - of the colors to washing; - of the fabric to repeated washing; - of the fabric to abrasion and rubbing with a Martindale test.
