Suitcase 65L - URBAN blue

Hello, I had 3 suitcase backpacks of this type, the first in brown color gave up the ghost but it was used a lot, no complaints about its quality, the second suitcase bag, I still have it and its quality is also impeccable apart from the somewhat noisy castor system. I wouldn't say the same about the one I just bought (urban 65L suitcase), the materials used are of lower quality, the seams are very weak and after two weeks of service and a few trips, a seam ( collage) dropped, even though the bag was not full (for information, during this same trip my partner had the old suitcase and she encountered no problem in strictly the same conditions). the plastic used is too thin and a strap is missing in the middle, I have not had the opportunity to use it as a backpack, but the fasteners seem undersized to me, only the wheels have been improved and are pleasant in use, frankly it's not worth the €75, it's low-end. I will take it back to the store and we will see your position after observing the damage.

very good product, large, solid, handy the wheels can be changed in case of breakage and that is a very good idea

Good morning I come back to a previous review to highlight the quality of listening and the incredible support for my complaint. The handle of my suitcase had been broken during a recent plane trip (we know how careful baggage handlers can be :-( ). Well, Romain and Christian contacted me and sent me a replacement handle quickly and free of charge. They therefore allowed me to give a second life to this suitcase, rather than it ending up in the recycling center. Good for the planet (it's fashionable) and for my wallet. I have always been satisfied with the products purchased from this store. But here, the quality of service is simply beyond the maximum 5 stars that can be awarded in a Customer review. So here we go again, with a bag still in good condition despite the years, resistant and with a brand new handle!!! Now, to avoid further breakage, I will think about protecting it with foam or neoprene or something else (bar tape style) A BIG THANK YOU to Romain and Christian who recognize each other. 🙏Ah if other brands could learn from this 🙏
