What is a front swim snorkel used for?
It allows you to swim without interrupting your stroke with your breathing, focusing on your technique. Without needing to breathe, the swimmer's head remains still, facilitating control and observation of the body's rotation. Some research shows an improvement in aerobic capacity in swimmers who use the front snorkel, as the body adapts to cope with the carbon dioxide in the same tube through which oxygen enters.

Variations in usage
You can do sets of kicks with the front snorkel, as this will allow for a very realistic position of the swimmer's head, always submerged. With the use of the pullbuoy, you can work exclusively on the arm, focusing on the correct pulling and recovery technique.
Directions for use
The first training sessions should be done with moderation in intensity and volume, until the swimmer is more accustomed and able to do more intense sessions. Before swimming, make sure the snorkel is comfortable and fits properly on your head. If you have difficulty breathing when entering the water, it is recommended to use a nose clip.
