GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Assembly advice

      Be careful not to exceed the insertion limit of the seat post in your frame. Make sure the seat tube is free of impurities. Apply a little grease to the post to facilitate its sliding and prevent water or dust from entering the frame.

      Care

      Remember to retighten the saddle clamp bolts regularly, to keep the seat comfortable and prevent premature wear.
