The 5 m² living room of the ARPENAZ 5.2 FRESH & BLACK tent has a height of 2 m under the tent. This tent is equipped with several features: - A raised groundsheet at the entrances in case of rain; - A transparent window with shutter; - A mosquito net window with shutter; - Storage pockets in the bedrooms and in the living room.
The large bedroom of the ARPENAZ 5.2 FRESH & BLACK camping tent is designed to accommodate a maximum of three 70 cm wide mattresses. The small bedroom is designed for two 70 cm wide mattresses. The partition between the two bedrooms is removable to create a large 2-person bedroom.
All-in-one pole structure with pre-assembled bedrooms and flysheet. The three colored poles are inserted into their respective sleeves. Then, tension them in the black end caps at the bottom of the flysheet. Plant the pegs in a "V" shape at the two rear corners, then pull the tent forward. Finally, plant the pegs at the two front corners. We recommend a 2-person assembly. Floor area with guy lines: 27m²
Cooler and darker for a better night's sleep! Fresh & Black is a patented Decathlon technology that reflects sunlight and blocks out light using special materials. To get the most out of this technology, remember to ventilate your tent in the evening!
The ventilated double roof over the living area allows for ventilation and reduces condensation inside. Each bedroom has a high ventilation hatch on the outside and a large low ventilation hatch on the inside. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.
To validate its waterproofness, the tent was placed for 3 hours under a shower pouring 200 L of water per hour, equivalent to a tropical rain of 200 mm per hour. The flysheet is made of 2000 mm Schmerber PU-coated polyester, and all seams are sealed with heat-sealed strips.
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a rotating platform. The goal is to expose each side of our tent to the same wind intensity. With proper setup and the guy lines deployed, this tent remains habitable in a force 6 wind, measured at approximately 50 km/h.
Poles - All our poles are made of fiberglass and undergo a double quality control process. This guarantees you one of the best resistances to breakage. Stakes - All our stakes are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm.
Our camping tents are designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks per year). These products do not fall under the category of "garden furniture" and are not designed to remain outdoors permanently. Continuous exposure to UV rays can damage the fabric. To ensure the best possible lifespan for your tent, it is important to store it in a dry place when not in use.

Several uses already and no complaints. The seams seem solid and assembly is quite simple and quick for two people. Cuts the sun well. Just one downside: the separation between the 2 bedrooms is not really one (fabric not sewn at the bottom).
For 3 it is very spacious and quite high.
