Our Fresh&Black technology is based on a fabric with UPF 50+ sun protection. Caution: Be careful, a significant amount of UV can pass through a simple open door.

Poles - All our poles are made of fiberglass and undergo a double quality control process. This guarantees you one of the best resistances to breakage. Stakes - All our stakes are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm.

What is the sleeping width of the Arpenaz 5.2 fresh & black tent?
The large bedroom of the ARPENAZ 5.2 FRESH & BLACK camping tent is designed to accommodate a maximum of three 70 cm wide mattresses. The small bedroom is designed for two 70 cm wide mattresses. The partition between the two bedrooms is removable to create a large 2-person bedroom.
What is the wind resistance of the Arpenaz 5.2 fresh & black tent?
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a rotating platform. The goal is to expose each side of our tent to the same wind intensity. With a proper pitch and the guy lines deployed, this tent remains habitable in a wind force 6, measured at 50 km/h.
How to properly maintain the Arpenaz 5.2 fresh & black tent?
Our camping tents are designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks per year) during your camping trips or in the great outdoors. Continuous exposure to UV rays for several weeks can damage their fabric. These products do not fall into the "garden furniture" category and are not designed to remain outdoors permanently. To ensure optimal longevity for your tent, it is important to store it when not in use.
How does ventilation work within the Arpenaz 5.2 fresh & black tent?
The ventilated flysheet on the living room allows ventilation and limits condensation inside your ARPENAZ 5.2 FRESH & BLACK tent. The living room is equipped with a mosquito net. Each bedroom has: - a high ventilation hatch on the outside; - a large low ventilation hatch on the inside.
How is the Arpenaz 5.2 fresh & black tent set up and taken down?
All-in-one pole structure with pre-assembled bedrooms and flysheet. The three colored poles are inserted into their respective sleeves. Then, tension them in the black end caps at the bottom of the flysheet. Plant the pegs in a "V" shape at the two rear corners, then pull the tent forward. Finally, plant the pegs at the two front corners. We recommend a 2-person assembly. Floor area with guy lines: 27m2
How is the waterproofness of the Arpenaz 5.2 Fresh & Black tent defined?
We test our tents to validate their waterproofness. The first test is carried out in a laboratory for 3 hours under 200 liters of water per hour and m², the equivalent of a tropical rain shower of 200 mm/h. The second test is carried out in the field in real conditions. The ARPENAZ 5.2 FRESH & BLACK tent is equipped with a 2000 mm polyurethane-coated polyester flysheet. It also has seams sealed with heat-sealed strips and a 140 g/m² polyethylene groundsheet.

Several uses already and no complaints. The seams seem solid and assembly is quite simple and quick for two people. Cuts the sun well. Just one downside: the separation between the 2 bedrooms is not really one (fabric not sewn at the bottom).
For 3 it is very spacious and quite high.
REALLY easy to assemble and disassemble the removable interior partition, it's nice too A rainy week spent dry
