All of our anti-UV t-shirts are UPF50+, meaning they have the maximum level of sun protection. The choice will therefore be made on the length of the sleeves and will then depend on the type of stress during practice. It is in the practice of surfing that the constraints are the strongest so we have decided to build our range primarily for surfing. For surfing, the choice will be made according to the duration of your sessions: 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours.

1 hour: Occasional practice. You can choose between a loose fit (priority on ease of donning and comfort when dry) or fitted (priority for comfort when wet). A loop system to connect to the shorts allows the stability of the product. 2 hours: Regular practice. Wet comfort is enhanced thanks to the seamless panels under the arms and the drawstring which further increases stability. 3 hours: Intensive practice. Addition of thermicity to last longer in the water.

The textile that makes up this OLAIAN anti-UV product blocks at least 98% of UVB and 95% of UVA (UPF 50+). This is the guarantee of effective protection against the sun. It can be used in and out of the water for water and aquatic sports. UV filtration is generated by the density of the textile fibers, this protection lasts over time, even after washing. Be careful, the elastane contained in the fiber can deteriorate in chlorinated water.

UPF is a sun protection index (Ultra Violet Protection Factor) standardized and standardized worldwide. It defines the level of textile protection and more precisely the proportion of UV transmission. In order to meet the standards, it must block at least 95% of UV rays. UPF 50+ means that the textile blocks at least 95% of UVA and 98% of UVB.

You practice surfing regularly. During your sessions, you row to the line up, pass the bar by duck if you are on a shortboard or turtle, on a longboard then surf waves of less than one meter. You fall often and are used to being tossed about underwater. Your swimsuit must meet the requirements of your practice and stay in place with each of your movements. We have designed for you a range adapted to your regular practice and your morphology.

This OLAIAN anti-UV top has two drawstrings at the hips with the ability to connect the sides of the top to the bikini bottom to generate better stability in the waves. A loop at the bottom of the top also allows you to connect it to the shorts.

Our UV tops are designed to meet the most demanding surfers. Our design choices also make them compatible with other water sports such as swimming, kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, active sea walking (longe-coast) or SUP (stand-up paddle ).

Although this t-shirt provides protection from the sun, phenomena such as reflection (on water, sand...), heat, time of day, etc. must be taken into account. Wearing this t-shirt does not exempt you from following appropriate behavior: wearing sunglasses, wearing a hat or cap, regularly applying suitable sunscreen, drinking regularly, etc.
