We have paid particular attention to the console in order to make it intuitive and reassuring. Practical information is easily visible thanks to a 13 x 5 cm backlit LCD screen. You will be able to track practice time, distance, calories burned, speed, incline as well as an estimate of your heart rate. Six shortcuts are also available to adjust speed and incline faster.

To achieve your goals and guide your training, 24 sessions are pre-recorded:- 8 "Health Well-Being" sessions to gain tone, gently resume cardio activity,- 8 "Calorie Loss" sessions to promote fat loss during or after the session,- 8 "Endurance" sessions to develop basic physical condition and endurance. In order to provide you with more comfort in your practice, the T540 is equipped with:- two loudspeakers connected to a jack socket (cable supplied),- a tablet holder,- two empty pockets,- a charging socket USB,- heart rate sensors (estimated data),- a heart rate chest strap.

The T540 treadmill is supplied with a chest strap to continuously measure your heart rate, as well as hand sensors for a one-time estimate during your session. If you start, resume physical activity, or if you wear a pace maker, remember to consult your doctor. A sports professional can help you define your target heart rate ranges to make it easier to reach your goals.

The T540 has a running surface 45cm wide and 125cm long allowing better comfort for running at moderate pace. The DOMYOS cushioning system guarantees you a good compromise between comfort and recovery in order to preserve your joints.
