- Your pool table measures 102 x 183 cm and is 76 cm high. Its dimensions allow you to accommodate between 6 and 8 people for your meals. - The playing surface is 73 x 154 cm. - You can vary the height of your table from 76 to 80 cm, allowing you to eat comfortably or have the right posture for your pool games. - Your two removable tops measure 92 cm long by 102 cm wide and weigh 11 kg each. - Your pool table weighs 66 kg without the tops.
Your pool table can be converted into a dining table in 2 minutes. Simply snap the two tops together after placing the rest in the center of the table. We strongly recommend using a tablecloth or placemats to protect your tops from scratches. The tops are fragile, and repeated handling could damage them. For pool table versions, the tops must be insulated and protected as vertically as possible. Do not place heavy loads on the tops.
With your convertible table you will find all the necessary equipment to practice: - 2 cues of 145 cm and 2 cues of 122 cm, tip (the tip) of 13 mm. - 15 numbered American billiard balls of 57,2 mm in diameter (162g) + 1 white ball. - 1 triangle and 1 special brush to clean the cloth. - 1 chalk (the blue one) to coat the end of your billiard cues (the tip). - 2 tabletops (94 x 107cm) to transform your billiard table into a dining table (or a desk).
Your cloth is gray, non-changeable, and has a slow-moving surface. The pockets are called "mesh" and can hold up to 5 standard American billiard balls each. Your pocket opening is 11 cm.
To set up your pool table*, you need two people and about fifteen minutes - it's very simple! :) 1. Face down, with the tablecloth facing the floor, assemble the 4 legs to your table. 2. This is the tricky part: turn the table (with two people), taking care not to press the legs. And paying attention to your position. 3. Place the balls, triangles, and cues on the table. 4. Slide the tops onto the table. And now? Let's eat! *Instructions included in your pack.
It can be converted into a dining table! In the dining table version with its two tops, the BT600 US convertible table is 76 cm high, perfect for dining, without having to change your chairs! You will be comfortably seated with a table height of 61 cm. Depending on your wishes, to play billiards you can raise or lower it from 76 cm to 80 cm. A billiard table must be between 75 cm and 85 cm high. Its jack feet are also used to adjust the flatness
To play billiards, you need to feel comfortable, and this includes (among other things) the playing space. To define it well, you ideally need the size of a billiard cue (the average length being 1m45) on each side of your table. And you must allow an additional 5cm for your filing (swing of the cue before impact). In summary? You need a space of 19,5 m2 for your BT 600 US convertible billiard table (i.e. 483 x 402 cm).
For a dining table for 6-8 people, the ideal size is 180 cm long: 3 people per side x 60 cm per person. In width, it's 90 cm at the end of the table (one person at each end). For the ideal and comfortable space around the table, allow 125 cm for the seats to be set back without any passage behind, 150 cm with a possible passage. It's like the playing space around a pool table!
Your BT 600 US convertible pool table will arrive unassembled in a single box measuring 195 cm high, 115 cm long, and 20,5 cm thick. Your complete BT 600 US pool table package (table + accessories) weighs 95 kg. A minimum of two people are required to transport it.
The tabletop is made of medium-density wood fiber composite, also known as Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). This design choice results in a lightweight, flat, smooth, and durable pool table.
The name comes from “manufacturing process”, with its double meaning: both a technique for achieving an objective, but also that for manufacturing a finished product. A process is the method having input elements (design = the addition of the leather disc) and output elements (gesture = the effects allowed by the addition of the leather). Moreover, in English we say “tip” which means “trick” and which was at the time, let us remember, a real revolution!
Our team recommends brushing your pool table after each use. And occasionally, depending on your usage, don't hesitate to vacuum it. Avoid moving it. Pay attention to temperature and humidity variations. Finally, clean the balls with warm water and a drop of dish soap and wipe with a soft cloth. Place your cues horizontally on the table or in protective covers.
Since the aesthetics of a table sitting in the living room or another room of the house remain quite subjective, we did not want to impose corner protection directly on the tops or tables. If you wish, you can add safety shock absorbers for the corners. They are available in different shapes, different colors, and in varying compositions. It's up to each person to decide according to their tastes and desires.
