Why choose a specific t-shirt for running?
Perspiration is a natural reaction that occurs when it is hot, when we provide physical effort. I hesitated on the size, I finally took a little big and I don't regret it. Very light, this top is enough to stop the wind when the temperature is still a little warm (12 to 15 degrees) for going out in a t-shirt. Then, when you sweat, it wicks away perspiration without sticking to the skin. I like the collar closure (zip). I wear a light tank top underneath.
