The product is also designed and produced on the basis of the pattern of the garment and no longer exclusively of the design drawing. We integrate the reflection in connection with the patronage from the beginning of the design of the product. Care is taken to ensure that the different parts that make up the garment fit together perfectly like a puzzle on the pattern, which generates a minimum of waste.

Between 20% and 15% of the textiles intended for clothing end up on the floor of the cutting room in production. When these textiles are wasted, invested natural resources have been "wasted". It is vital to tackle the source of the problem by maximizing the use of textile materials and generating the least possible loss of fabric during the manufacture of the product. For this product, we have gone from 18% to 9% of waste.

When designing our products, we select fabrics and inks that pose no risk to the little ones, and accessories (buttons, etc.) that cannot be ingested. We make sure that our textile components are not harmful in the event that they are put in the mouth by your child. Beyond the standards, thinking about each element for baby's safety is our priority. These little details make all the difference!

We design our products with the support of a psychomotrician in order to understand the mechanisms of autonomy in children and the responses to be associated with them through our clothes.
