Construction
Expanded polystyrene core with 1 wooden stringer. New hot-laminated polyethylene coating on the core to limit water ingress and improve rigidity. High-density polyethylene sole. Wax before use to prevent slipping.
Ease of assembly
A kit of 3 identical fins and unique screw sizes so no risk of making a mistake. Supplied with a plastic key to screw them in. A 2m urethane leash with double swivels. Regularly check the tightening of the screws to ensure a good seal.
Repairs
Our workshops can repair your foam board. Cuts or blisters. Ask our teams in store.
Using the leash
WARNING: Never hold your board with your hands or fingers wrapped around the cord. This can cause serious finger injuries. Ensure the leash is properly mounted and secure to the board. Practice unhooking the leash from your ankle in case of trouble.
Precautions for use
Caution: Prolonged exposure to the sun or high temperatures can cause the coating to peel off. We recommend storing your board in the shade and outside a vehicle. Regularly tighten the fin screws with the provided wrench to limit water entry. If you need to strap the board to roof bars, we recommend putting the board in a cover. The strap can damage the rail.
