Why work on my proprioception and balance?
Proprioception is the perception of your body in space. It is carried out thanks to numerous receptors which indicate to your brain the position of the different parts of your body. It therefore influences balance and reflexes. By improving your proprioception through regular exercises, you can improve it to gain mobility.

Very good for reinforcement
Great tool for all ages, provide a carrying handle with elastic locking so that it doesn't drag on the ground when changing places and then we would have the product at the top 😉
