GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Thermal underwear is an insulating layer to keep you warm. It absorbs moisture, keeping your skin dry by wicking away perspiration. It contributes to your body's natural process of regulating its internal temperature during exercise at 37°C, in both cold and hot weather. It dries very quickly. It can therefore repeat the process of wicking away perspiration over a long period of time to extend your exercise time in complete comfort.
