The first criterion for choosing a surf wetsuit is the water temperature. The water temperature varies depending on the location and the time of year. So always ensure that the water temperature at your spot corresponds well to the recommended temperature range: Waters above 20°C. Waters between 17 and 22°C. Waters between 12 and 17°C. Waters between 7 and 12°C. Consult the site seatemperature.org to find out the temperature of your spot.

The 2nd criterion to take into account is the duration of your sessions. If your sessions are less than an hour, the 100 models will be suitable. Up to 2 hours prefer the 500 models and up to 3 hours the 900 models. Compared to the 100 models, the 500 models will be warmer, they will limit fatigue more (+ freedom of movement) and will better limit irritation. Ditto for the 900 models compared to the 500 models. NB: the 900 models are - easy to put on.

To take full advantage of the features of your wetsuit, it is necessary to choose the right size. A wetsuit should fit snugly and there should be no visible creases. In the dry it is normal to feel too tight, this discomfort disappears as soon as the wetsuit is wet.

Therefore here are the recommended accessories: - in water >17°C = > neoprene low slippers. - in cold water of 12 - 17°C: High slippers (boots) and gloves. - in very cold water of 7 - 12°C: High slippers (boots), gloves, hood and top hood.
