GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      These shorts have 6 pockets: 2 pockets at the back to carry 2 250ml flasks, 2 side pockets for your gels, 1 zipped pocket at the front to carry your phone safely and finally a pocket on the right leg for your phone if you prefer.

      As our design team is adept at marathon distances and long trail runs, we have developed a drawstring system integrated into the front zipped pocket to prevent the drawstring from rubbing against the skin. This allows you to adjust the drawstring to suit your carry style and preferences.
