GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      To qualify, the shoe must pass laboratory tests to assess its grip coefficient on different surfaces (smooth, rough, dry, wet). To approve these tests, we then have the quality of our soles assessed in the field, in the mountains, by a panel of child testers.

      DESIGNED FOR USE ON NATURAL TRAILS

      Our hiking sandals are designed for use on natural trails. We select and test the components of our soles to best adapt them to hiking on soft trails (such as dirt forest trails) or mineral trails (such as rocky coastal trails). Use on roads (asphalt) may accelerate the wear of your soles. We do not recommend using them on mountain trails with significant elevation changes.

      OUR ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACH

      Because we understand that we must act to preserve our playground, Quechua is committed to limiting the environmental impact of its products. This product is not currently eco-designed, but we work every day to make it more responsible: eco-design, repairability, and durability are at the heart of our developments.
