To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

At home, on vacation, under a tree..., you want to be able to treat yourself to a session wherever and whenever you want. So, to easily transport your yoga mat, nothing better than a bag specially designed for it. Once rolled up and slipped into your bag, you can carry your yoga mat on your shoulder or slung across your back. Your mat is protected from the elements and your hands are free.

      What can be stored in the 23 L yoga mat transport bag?

      With a capacity of 23 L, this transport bag can hold a carpet up to 10 mm thick. We might as well tell you that unless you have opted for our XL model, your roll-up yoga mat will find its place there.
