GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      How to use

      Unroll the pump bag in its entirety. Connect the valve of the pump bag to the "in" valve of your Forclaz trekking mattress. Blow about 10 - 20 cm from the entrance of the upper part of the bag, to inflate the main volume as much as possible. Roll the bag on itself up to the valve to expel the air from the main volume into your mattress. Adjust the quantity of air to your comfort (firmness of your mattress).

      Use

      Your pump bag can also be used as a carrying case to store your mattress. For this purpose, we have integrated compression straps to adjust the carrying case to your mattress.
