To accompany you on your first trails, our design team has developed an all-in-one bag, simple and easy to use:- Available in one size, it adapts to you thanks to the adjustment straps and its ergonomic shape.- Your bag is supplied with a 1 liter water bladder and a safety whistle, to immediately benefit from the mandatory trail equipment. - The information sheet on the bag advises you on how to prepare your equipment.
Some info on the safety whistle and the water bladder:
Safety whistles and water bladders are part of the mandatory trail equipment. So to facilitate your preparation, they are already included in your Trail 5 l bag!!The safety whistle, with a volume of 110 decibels, is in the small breast pocket, always within reach of your mouth.The water bladder has a volume of one liter, which gives you, on average, two hours of autonomy between refueling.
How to manage your water pocket?
Your water bag has a volume of one litre, for dimensions of 30 x 16 cm. Its hose equipped with a nipple measures 100 cm, in order to adapt to all sizes. What is less known is that you can very well cut the hose to the length that suits you for more comfort in the race!Finally, we advise you to fill your bag with water between -20 and +40°C, not to use it for milk or alcohol and not to put it in the microwave.
How to efficiently load your trail running bag?
- First step: place your filled hydration bladder in the slot at the back of the bag. - In the rear secure pocket, you can store your keys, smartphone and survival blanket. - Place your rain gear in the back pocket then put your bag on your back.- Tighten and adjust your bag, then attach the water pipette.- Store your windproof jacket in the easily accessible rear kangaroo pocket.- Finally, place your gels, bars and your flask in the front pockets
A simple design for a lightweight running bag.
With a weight of only 140g, your 5L bag is light and comfortable to accompany you on your short and medium distance trails. Its comfortable material, its ergonomic shape and its accessible pockets allow you to manage your equipment more easily while running. .Its adjustment straps have Velcro: you can roll them up to minimize discomfort when running. Most of the pockets are located on the back, to avoid compressing your chest.

And to make sure it would suit as many people as possible, we tested it with 12 trail runners of different sizes. Their opinions and feedback allowed us to continue to improve this 5L bag. One size suitable for small sizes. bought yesterday in anticipation of my next 47,7km trail. Obviously, the only product of its kind in store and in one size, I did not see fit to try it in store, being rather confident in Evadict products. I wanted to test it today in conditions close to my race to get used to it. I was not able to close the fasteners either at chest level or at my bust level. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. Either the product is not really for adults, or it should be stored in sizes S/M. It might also be a good idea to put a little more choice in stores so that you can have an opinion before purchasing. Otherwise, we might as well remove all the stores and leave only on-site ordering, which seems to be the current desire/policy of the Decathlon group, to the detriment of the quality and diversity that made Decathlon what it was even a long time ago. little.
