How to adjust my backpack
1 - Adjust the height of the back adjustment to your child's height in cm (remove the Velcro then pass it through the desired color loops).2 - Loosen all the straps (straps, belt, load reminders).3 - Put on the bag.4 – Tighten the shoulder strap straps.5 - Adjust the load lifters to your liking
10 years warranty
The warranty covers defects in the backpack, excluding those resulting from normal wear and abnormal conditions of use. This special 10-year warranty will only be granted on presentation of the product and the receipt, if the product is covered by the warranty it will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. This commercial guarantee does not exclude the legal guarantees applicable according to the country and/or state.

Our design team is based at the foot of Mont-Blanc, in Haute-Savoie (France). All year round, we imagine and develop beautiful, simple and technical products. We then test them ruthlessly in the field, because we are convinced that only the real situation as you will experience it can allow us to progress constantly.
Where do our backpacks come from?
Created in our international design center at the foot of Mont Blanc, in France, this backpack is then made by our suppliers in China and Vietnam. These are partners who have real know-how in making our backpacks. back and with whom we are in close collaboration. This relationship of trust with our industrial partners, allows us to give birth to quality technical products.

We guarantee compliance with our code of conduct by our suppliers, who are often present in developing countries where our presence promotes job creation.
