GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      To accompany you on your trails, our design team has developed a simple-to-use bag: - Available in one size, it adapts to you thanks to the adjustment straps for chest sizes between 81 and 113cm. You can carry - On the front: 2 soft 500ml flasks (not included), your smartphone (secure pocket) and your nutrition. - On the back: your 1L water pocket (included), your windbreaker, a jacket, your papers and your keys (in a secure pocket)

      Hydration and safety

      A safety whistle and a water reserve are mandatory trail running equipment. To make your preparation easier, they're already included in your 8L Trail bag! The 110-decibel safety whistle is located in the small chest pocket (right side), always within reach of your mouth. A 1L water bladder (included) will give you an average of two hours of autonomy between refreshment stops (it's recommended to drink an average of 500ml/hour).
