To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      The 100 punching bag is sold filled with fabric scraps. We use textile production waste to fill the bag. It is covered with a polyester fabric.

      How to type well in a punching bag?

      The filled punching bag measures 76 cm, depending on the padding the bag is naturally curved at the top and bottom. The straps attached to the bag (non-adjustable) are 31 cm long, measured vertically from top to bottom. Total: the bag measures 105 cm (this is the size of the bag hung from a ceiling mount, measured from top to bottom). Weight of the filled bag: 14 kg (tolerance of +/- 1 kg) Diameter: 32 cm Dimensions of the transport box: 80 cm x 33 cm x 33 cm
