  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.

Fasten and tighten the chest strap, then tighten the load adjusters at your shoulders so that the bag fits snugly around your back.

      The backpack comes with a rain cover that will protect the contents of your bag when it rains. This same cover can protect your bag during transport. By tightening the tie, you can completely wrap your bag for protection.
