  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.

          • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your bust goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.

          • Under Bust:  directly under the bust. wrap a measuring tape around the rib cage. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
