          To take your measurements:

          • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
          • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your bust goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
            Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
