GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      To ensure the effectiveness of the AB Wheel Evolutive, we conducted biomechanical tests on 25 athletes (16 beginners and 9 experts) comparing it to the Classic AB Wheel. 100% of beginners found the movement easier with the AB Wheel Evolutive and went 7cm further in the execution of the movement.       Use your evolving wheel safely

      To properly use the progressive wheel, you must place your knees on the mat, start with the strap at the shortest setting, and begin lowering your entire body forward, including your pelvis. If this is too easy, you can lengthen the strap. The markings on the strap allow you to track your progress from one session to the next. You must not let your pelvis fall back or arch your back. The maximum weight supported by the progressive wheel is 110 kg.

      Our coach accompanies you in the use of the evolutionary wheel

      Adjust the strap so you can do quality reps: without arching your back at all. Do 3 sets of 5 reps, adding one rep each until you reach 3 sets of 10 reps. Change the strap setting so it's less assistive and start again with sets of 3x6 reps. And so on until you can remove the strap! Use the wheel 2 to 3 times a week and supplement your workout with other exercises and core training.
