How to extend the life of the wheels?

What safety tips?

Ewa, our product manager, recommends the complete kit: helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards. Because ultimately, the body part you land on... it's a bit random. We recommend the following protections: the OXELO PLAY SET (model code: 14777) and the B100 helmet (model code: 153191) or the MF500 helmet (model code: 160387).

How to adjust the size of children's skates?

See the little tab at the front of the shoe? Simply unzip it according to your child's foot size. This frees up space at the front of the foot, allowing you to go up to two sizes larger. Clever, right?

A bit of technique: wheels and bearings...

The bearings are classified from ABEC 1 to 7. Here, to allow for progressive gliding and ensure safety, the bearings are adapted for use by children beginners; they are ABEC 1 bearings. Concretely, we could say that the skates roll more slowly. As for the wheels, their size is 60 mm.

It all started four years ago with practical observations, customer feedback analysis, and interviews with children and their parents to understand their needs. This is THE product, created entirely by the team: the conception, design, and testing: it's the result of teamwork.

How do we test our skates?

All our skates are laboratory tested. These tests make it possible to validate the European standards but also the wear tests. They are supplemented by field tests, some measured, others relying on the perception of the testers. The result: a product tested, proven... and approved. Including by the riders of our partner roller skating clubs!

Rubber brakes and wide wheels.

Unlike plastic, which skids but doesn't brake, brake rubber provides good grip, allowing your child to brake effectively. Plus, the rubber wears out less quickly than plastic. For added stability, we've equipped these skates with wider wheels. No need for a stability kit.
