GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      How to put a patch on a bicycle inner tube

      1/ Locate the hole on the inner tube. 2/ Rub the surface that will receive the patch with the sandpaper provided. 3/ Degrease, clean and dry the surface. 4/ Spread the glue evenly around the hole. 5/ Wait about 1 minute, until the glue no longer shines. 6/ Position the patch in the middle of the hole (without touching the glue and the sticky surface of the patch with your fingers) and press firmly for at least 1 minute. 7/ Remove the transparent film from the patch.

      Check the tire for foreign objects before replacing the tube. For best results, match the size and shape of the patch to the size of the puncture.

      4 round patches with a diameter of 19 mm 2 round patches with a diameter of 25 mm 2 rectangular patches 18 mm x 28 mm 1 scraper The tube of dissolving glue required to apply these patches and repair your punctures (Reference 8545180) is sold separately.

      Patches: Optimal shelf life: 5 years at room temperature (16-22°C, 30-70% humidity), away from direct light, in its packaging. Minimum temperature for repair: +10°C Operating temperature: -40°C to +65°C
