      PLACEMENT OF HANDS

      Two areas on the handle indicate the correct hand positioning: - The dominant hand should hold the handle at the bottom on the unmarked part - The second hand, especially for the two-handed backhand, should be positioned at the top on the grooved part. This allows for good power and stability when hitting.

      RACKET GRIPS

      Thanks to its three colored markings at the bottom and top of the handle, the Easy Jr racket helps children position their hands correctly to perform forehands, backhands and serves. Children must position their hands so that the following are visible: - the yellow marking for the forehand - the white marking for the serve - the gray marking for the backhand This helps them position their racket's head correctly when hitting and forces them to cover the ball slightly.

      THE CHAMPION'S POSITION!

      When your child is waiting for the ball from his or her partner, he or she should hold his or her racket so that the eyes of the character drawn on the edge of the racket are facing him or her. Combined with a slightly spread leg position and well-bent knees, he or she will be in a waiting position, known as the "CHAMPION'S POSITION", which will help him or her to be better positioned to hit the ball.

      FREE HAND PLACEMENT

      During the preparation for the shot, the second hand plays a key role in stabilizing the racket and ensuring a good swing, including keeping the racket head high and ready to hit the ball. To do this, it must be positioned at the heart of the racket. We have therefore positioned visual and tactile cues to help you feel this correct position.

      PREPARATION AND END OF ACTION

      To ensure a broad and relaxed swing, we have positioned a small character at the end of the racket. At the beginning of the swing, the character must "look" at the incoming ball. At the end of the swing, he must also "look" at the outgoing ball.
