GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      We have developed it for children who are starting Muay Thai or kickboxing! They can benefit from the ease of putting on which will allow them to get equipped very quickly as well as from the quality of the materials used: ergonomic foam for protection and a polyester and elastane cover which combines lightness, resistance and sweat wicking. The ergonomic shape of the shin ensures total freedom of movement.

      TO MAKE TRAINING PLEASURE

      During your training (even at low intensity), remember to always wear protection to avoid injuries, protection is as much for you as for your opponent, most injuries occur unintentionally.

      INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT

      This shin guard is considered personal protective equipment, therefore it has been developed in compliance with current European standards (EN13277-2 standard). In addition, it has been tested and approved by our OUTSHOCK team in the laboratory and by a user panel under demanding usage conditions.

      MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

      Avoid storing protection in damp places. Store it in ventilated and dry places to promote the elimination of perspiration. Do not machine wash. The protection is cleaned regularly with a damp cloth. Allow the protection to dry at room temperature. Avoid all heat sources or exposure to extreme temperatures.
