GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      We chose to design this definition holder without seams, in order to limit the appearance of fogging on your definitions: In general, sewn constructions create perforations which promote the transfer of external humidity or from your arm, towards the inside of the definition holder.

      How to wear your definition holder?

      The adjustable elastic straps allow easy, quick and comfortable installation of your definition holder on the forearm.

      Size

      According to the regulations, the printed definition grid is made up of boxes whose size is between 5mm and 7mm. So the useful dimensions of the transparent window are 17cm by 7cm, which allows you to read up to 36 positions in most races.

      Some maintenance tips

      After use, rinse your product with clean water and let it air dry. Avoid machine washing to ensure the durability of the heat-sealed assemblies. Avoid storing it folded, as it may become permanently deformed.
