What's in the cooking pot?

This kitchen set contains everything you need to cook for 2 people: - 1 measuring saucepan with 1 folding handle; - 1 frying pan with 1 folding and lockable handle; - 1 lid/colander; - 1 wooden trivet/cutting board; - 1 carrying case.

And on the table side, what do we find?

This cooking set also contains everything you need to eat for 2: - 2 soup plates; - 2 mugs; - 2 sets of 3 clip-on cutlery (fork, spoon, knife).

What are the dimensions of the set?

- Saucepan: 1,6 L usable, 437g, Ø 18 cm x 9,5 cm - Frying pan: 0,5L usable, 358g, Ø 18 cm x 4,5cm - Soup plate: 0,4 L, 62 g each, Ø 17 cm - Mug: 0,20 L, 32g each - Cutlery: 20g per set - Lid / strainer: 89g - Wooden trivet: 165g - Carrying case: 34g

What about the choice of materials?

We opted for 18/8 stainless steel for its strength, corrosion resistance, and food safety. To compensate for its low conductivity, a double aluminum bottom was added to better diffuse heat. Result: + heating efficiency and - gas consumption.

What type of coating was chosen?

Whitford's Xylan+ PTFE coating was chosen for its good non-stick quality/strength/price ratio. PFOA-free, it is suitable for cooking food. Although resistant, it is still best to avoid metal utensils to preserve this coating.

And what about cutlery and plates?

Polypropylene cutlery is lightweight and resistant to heat (100°C), shocks and deformations. Perfect for hiking, they combine strength and practicality and are Bisphenol-A (BPA) free. Be careful, however, not to expose them directly to a flame to prevent them from melting.

What else you need to know

The saucepan is suitable for all hobs (wood, gas, induction). The skillet features a retractable, locking handle. The saucepan has a patented folding handle that secures the lid during transport. The lid also serves as a strainer. The plates limit heat transfer.

How to store the kitchen set?

To optimize space and reduce noise, store cutlery on the lid, then place mugs and plates in the pan. The trivet locks everything together, and the cover makes it easy to transport, even when dirty. And no need to be patient, it's all done in seconds!

How to clean the pot?

Before first use, rinse each element 1 times. After use, wash them in hot soapy water and dry them before storing. All elements are dishwasher safe. Washing the pan and saucepan by hand still helps preserve the coating. Avoid abrasive sponges and sand.
