      Why does a fleece keep you warm?

      Fleece, with its voluminous loops called "brushed fleece", is able to trap air. The latter, thanks to its natural insulating power, retains body heat. The additional advantage of this fleece: its high collar which preserves the warmth of the neck.

      How is heat measured?

      We perform 2 types of thermal tests: on the fleece materials and with a thermal mannequin in a climatic chamber. These tests simulate mountain conditions that you may encounter and help us validate our designs. The comfort of this jacket is between 7 and 10°C.

      Why breathable fleece?

      The fleece is equipped with a breathable component. This is able to effectively wick away perspiration while maintaining heat. This way, you stay dry and comfortable, even during intense efforts.

      What is the cut of this fleece?

      This fleece jacket offers a fitted cut without being too tight. For optimal protection against the cold, we recommend wearing a technical underwear underneath. It is perfect to wear under our windproof and waterproof jackets. Choose your usual size.

      A proven level of resistance?

      We test the durability of our fleeces to ensure: - resistance to abrasion from backpacks and moving arms, to delay the appearance of pilling; - strength of seams; - resistance after several washes; - preservation of colors (washing, UV, perspiration).

      What sizes are available?

      This fleece is available from XS to 3 XL.

      How to maintain fleece?

      To machine wash your fleece without damaging it, choose a program at 40° max. Turn it inside out before placing it in the machine. Do not exceed 1000 rpm for the spin cycle to protect the fabric. Do not use a tumble dryer.
