We recommend using this lure with: - a 16/100 braid - a 40/100 fluorocarbon leader - a #2 snap - a 2500 reel - a rod with MH power This lure is to be used for casting/retrieving. You can make short pauses to stop it in the water layer and possibly trigger predator attacks. You can also "jerk" it (quite sharp strokes of the tip) to simulate a fleeing fish.
