Push-up handles were developed by our team of athletes to relieve strain on fragile wrists and be more comfortable and cleaner than when in direct contact with the ground. If you're a beginner, these handles help limit the risk of injury. If you're used to doing push-ups, the handles allow you to increase your range of motion because your hands are elevated. Stay within reason to avoid injury.

Are push-ups now a thing for you? You can equip yourself with a weighted vest (0-5 kg ref: 8736051 or 6-10 kg ref: 8734579) for more weight. Or use resistance bands (ref: 8484819, 8484820, 8484821), which add resistance to each lift. In short, don't worry, as you progress, we'll support you!

Working your chest, shoulders and triceps with dumbbells, alongside push-ups, allows for better progress. Here is a session that combines the two: - Push-ups: 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions (with an elastic band or weighted vest to make it more complex if necessary) - Dumbbell military press 3x12 - Dumbbell triceps extension 3x12 Remember to always keep a margin of 2-3 repetitions at the end of the set.
