GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      How to properly inflate your tire?

      When inflating, check that the tire is correctly mounted on the rim. Then, check the values ​​printed on the sidewall of your tire. Inflate to the correct pressure according to these recommendations for precise inflation.

      How do you remove your tire?

      Remove the wheel from your bicycle and deflate the inner tube. Push on the sidewalls of the tire to loosen them from the rim. Use the DECATHLON tire levers (ref. 8930710). Insert one lever under the tire to use as a lever and remove it. Attach it to a spoke and repeat the process to free one entire side of the tire. Then pull it off the wheel.
