GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      How do you remove your tire?

      Remove the wheel and deflate the inner tube. Push the edges of the tire away from the rim. Use DECATHLON tire levers (ref. 8930710). Insert one lever under the tire to pry it off. Attach it to a spoke and repeat the process to remove one entire side of the tire.

      How to check tire wear?

      Check your tire for wear. If the tread is smooth or the underlayer is visible, these are the main signs of wear. Don't hesitate to replace it for your safety.
