What's in the Box
The pair of pedals is supplied with a set of SHIMANO SPD compatible ROCKRIDER cleats and screws.
Bike and shoe compatibility
The thread pitch of the pedals is on the standard 9/16" English thread, compatible with all adult MTB, hybrid, city, road and indoor bikes on the market. On the flat side, the SEMI AUTO VTT 500 pedals provide good grip with your city shoes. On the automatic binding side, they are compatible with all shoes that can accommodate SHIMANO SPD-compatible ROCKRIDER cleats. We recommend, for example, ST 100 (ref. 8512376) or ST 500 (ref. 8500914) mountain bike shoes
Assembly
To mount the pedals, you will need a 15 mm open-end wrench or a 6 mm hexagonal (hexagonal) wrench. Be careful to respect the screwing direction of each pedal: clockwise on the right side, counterclockwise left side.
Setting
The anchor and release tension of the SHIMANO SPD compatible binding is adjustable for individual customization.
Safety
When learning to use automatic bindings, think about anticipating your release before each stop on the ground (traffic light, stop sign, barrier, etc.). If you are not yet completely familiar with the comfortable with the use of bindings, prefer the use of the flat side in technical passages.
