Directions for use
Pedaling on the heel or the arch of the foot, which often causes pain and fatigue over time, should be avoided. For good comfort and pedaling efficiency, the foot should be positioned so that the small pad under the metatarsal is above the pedal axis. If necessary, toe clips can help maintain this position.

Assembly
To assemble the pedals, you will need a 15 mm open-end wrench. Be careful to respect the screwing direction of each pedal: clockwise on the right side, counterclockwise on the left side.

Light and good quality, fairly good grip
Conform to the description
Good replacement pedals for the original ones which were broken. No installation problem. Good value for money, left right marking a little small. To see if they need to be dismantled again.
