To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      - Height = 25CM - Width = 21cm - Thickness = 4,5CM - Weight = 450 grams per bear paw

      This pair of bear paws combines comfort and protection

      When you hold the bear paw, you need a good grip and comfort. Its curved shape absorbs shocks. And so we added to our product: - a velcro strap in addition to the glove. And if you want to use your hand, the bear paw stays attached to your wrist. - a mesh net covers your fingers and protects your knuckles - a suede pad on the back that absorbs shocks at the wrist and is sweat-resistant

      We worked on the resistance of these bear paws

      To provide you with a product that lasts, we've coated the impact area with a PU coating designed to withstand friction and wear. And to help you work on your accuracy, we've also added a target in the center of the pad.

      How to work well with bear paws?

      To progress in boxing, focus mitt work is a must. You work in pairs with a partner who holds the mitts and indicates the different targets to hit, while moving (it's more fun and challenging than the punching bag). You will thus learn certain combinations and gain precision and speed. The variety of focus mitt work helps you stay motivated.

      Are bear paws good for working on kicks?

      The bear paws are designed to work on fists and movements. If you are looking for a product that also allows you to work on kicks, opt instead for a PAO (ref: 8844149).
