  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.

  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.

This quad 100, also called fitness quad, is above all a versatile roller skate so that your child can start skating or practice it occasionally. To design it, we focused above all on comfort.
