use for reinforcement. I put them to work some days. So 7 hours of walking, several climbs and descents of stairs. That's about 20 steps. Good leg reinforcement with it. You have to remember to turn the weights over so they don't bunch up. But due to friction, even though they were only worn once or twice a week and not every week, they ended up getting holes and the weight came back on... I don't even know where to buy a replacement weight and if it it is possible to patch the bracelet which is unfortunately not sufficiently resistant... But it is still a good product
Correct product. But a little too thick. I would have liked to place them at the ankle, under my pants, but too thick for that.
