The MT3 running shoe has been designed to accompany you over all trail distances. Comfortable from the first kilometer to the end of your ultras, Thierry, our product manager Kalenji likes to call her the “trail adventurer”. Reliable, safe and stable, this trail running shoe will accompany you on the rockiest and most rugged mountainous terrain.

Because at Decathlon we take your opinion and feedback into account, our teams have worked extensively to improve the rubber of our soles as well as their crampons. Thus, this new sole provides very good grip, even on wet or slippery rocks, while offering very good grip.

A more flexible trail shoe...

Thanks to you, this new MT3 also gains in flexibility: the sole incorporates hollowed out areas of rubber between each stud. More flexible, it brings more fluidity and better foot movement to your running. You can now free your stride in fast parts without feeling compressed.

Feel safe on rocky terrain

Having confidence in your pair of trail running shoes is essential to benefit from better performance and make the most of each outing. The MT3 is a good trail ally, ideal on all surfaces and in all weathers. The stone guard protects you from the impact of stones in front and on the sides to offer you optimal safety. The midfoot part of the sole has been widened for even more stability.

A shoe adapted to your stride

Because each stride is different, at Decathlon, we have developed the K-Only concept. Thus, thanks to the presence of a denser foam located under the first metatarsal, our running shoes are perfectly suited to all strides, at the same time limiting the risk of injury.

Less drop for a more natural stride

In this new version of our trail shoe, we have adjusted the drop to lower it to 8 mm. This height is perfect for your daily outings as well as your ultra distances thanks to a more natural stride.

Once tied, forget your laces!

In addition to the annoyance caused by laces coming undone mid-trail, this also represents an increased risk of falling. This is why the laces of the M2 have been designed to be flat and flexible in order to remain perfectly tied. The lace pocket will allow you to store them, giving you the luxury of forgetting about them throughout your session.

To optimize your stride and feel good in your sneakers, choosing the right size of trail shoes is essential for safe running. So, when trying it on, check the position of your foot carefully and don't hesitate to jog around with it to see how your foot reacts.
