Improve your performance with the repeating countdown
The repetitive countdown allows you to: - set a practice time target and stop once this time has elapsed - perform simple interval exercises with identical countdown times (for example 30 seconds of acceleration then 30 seconds of rest then 30 seconds of acceleration ...). The REPEAT function can be deactivated.
Measure your lap times with intermediate times
The intermediate time function allows you to measure your time spent at a marker (lap, kilometer, etc.). You can thus follow your regularity or your progress over a fixed distance.
