To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      We asked 25 people to perform a lunge (using one hand) with a traditional 3 kg medicine ball, then with a 3 kg water ball. So, at equal weight, compared to the medicine ball, our water ball increases on average the work of the biceps by 36%, the work of the abdominals by 21%, and the work of the glutes by 17%.

      Before being filled with water, your water ball appears transparent. Some material effects inside may be visible; these are related to the manufacturing process. Your ball will become opaque approximately 48 hours after filling it with water. Water will likely leave traces in the ball after a while.

      If you already have a good experience in muscle strengthening, the 3kg water medicine ball will be perfect for working the lower body (lunges for example).
