To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.

      Enjoy much-needed support and comfort for your neck and shoulders. No more worrying about finding a comfortable position. Now you can focus solely on performing your barbell exercises: squats, lunges and step-ups.

      Why is the foam so dense?

      We designed this squat bar sleeve with very dense foam to prevent the bar from being too far from your shoulders. This allows you to keep very close contact with the bar and feel as if nothing is being added to your bar.

      How to install the squat sleeve?

      Installing our sleeve is a breeze, with just 2 simple steps: - Insert the sleeve into the designated slot. - Close it using the Velcro straps. Make sure to properly center the sleeve on the bar to avoid any imbalance on your shoulders. It's quick, easy, and allows you to fully concentrate on your leg workout.

      Squat or lunge safely

      Train with confidence with our bar sleeve thanks to its two Velcro closures. They provide a secure fit throughout your exercise, preventing the bar from slipping or the sleeve from coming loose.

      Protect your joints during your squats

      During your session, use the knee pads (ref: 8548500) for support and a supply of soothing heat to your joints, thus reducing the risk of injury.

      The session proposed to tone the posterior chain: - barbell neck squat: 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions, - barbell lunges: 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions / leg, - Romanian dumbbell deadlift: 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions.

      Our coach advises you (2/2)

      Take a fairly short recovery time (between 1'30'' and 2' between each set). For each exercise, start on the low rep range (be careful not to go to failure and leave 2 reps of margin of your max) and increase by one rep per week until reaching the high range, then increase the weight on the bar. By increasing the weight on the bar, start again from the low range until reaching the high range. And so on.
