To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      The cool weather arm warmers are made using a seamless knitting process; they are thinner and lighter. They have much higher air permeability than cold weather arm warmers. We recommend the cool weather arm warmers for temperatures ranging from 10°C to 16°C. The cold weather arm warmers are made with "Super Roubaix," a component also used in our winter shorts. It is a warm component. We recommend these arm warmers for temperatures between 7°C and 14°C.
