Why wear this wrist guard?
Wearing this wrist protector may be indicated in the event of significant wrist instability or apprehension in order to facilitate the resumption of sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo) after a sprain. It may also be suitable for tendinitis of the wrist. What is a sprain?
A wrist sprain is a stretching or tearing of the wrist ligaments. It occurs most of the time either by imbalance on slippery ground with fall and landing on the hand, or during contact phase with a defender for example.
What size wrist support should I choose?
Measure your arm circumference, 5 cm above the wrist. Then match the measured value with the following size chart: Size 1: 15,5 - 18,5 cm Size 2: 18,5 - 21,5 cm

I bought this splint for recurrent tendinitis in my wrist. I find it comfortable, the support is very effective. It is sturdy and washes well. not too messy in black. size good
